About Event
This International Women’s Day, ALO activates globally alongside 100 female-owned wellness studios, offering complimentary classes rooted in mindful movement and community.
Join ALO at Yoga Pearl for a 45-minute kettlebell class where you will be instructed through a few circuits of common kettlebell movements that build strength and cardio. Then move straight into a 30-minute stretching session to stretch out and move through the workout you just accomplished.
Please allow extra time for parking, especially on Friday evenings and weekends, as it can be busier during those times.
