No β this space is beginner-friendly and open to all. Just come as you are.
βCan I come alone?
Yes. Many guests come solo and leave feeling deeply nourished and connected.
βWhat should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and meditate in.
βIs parking available?
Yes β free parking is available in any unmarked spots. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
βWhat if I arrive late?
Doors will close promptly at the start time to honor the space. Please arrive 5β10 minutes early.

βWe kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
βCancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be transferred to a future session or issued as event credit.
βDue to the intimate nature of our gatherings and limited space, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
