​The evening opens with cocktails and canapés, followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, crafted and presented course by course by Chef Pierre Magnolini ⭐⭐⭐ — trained in three-Michelin-starred kitchens and the chef who led Frevo to its Michelin star — a one-night-only menu created exclusively for this evening — with the chef introducing each course and a sommelier explaining each carefully paired wine, plus live violin and a chef's special takeaway to close the night.
