Cam Arrubla has spent fifteen years managing employment compliance and distributed workforce operations across the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA simultaneously. He knows the gap between what employment law requires across six jurisdictions and what you can realistically execute, and he has built the people infrastructure to close it. Currently completing ISO 42001, the international standard for AI governance in organisations, Cam is genuinely interested in whether the tools organisations are adopting are actually changing anything, or just creating new complexity with a better interface.
