About your hosts
The webinar will be led by Rachel Schofield and Michelle Bayley.
Rachel is a Career Coach, Communication & Presentation Skills Trainer and Former BBC Journalist. She holds qualifications from Firework Career Coaching, the Coaching Academy and the ICF, and alongside her career development coaching she is a LinkedIn trainer and presentation skills expert. Rachel is also the author of "The Career Change Guide".
Michelle has been working as a coach since 2002. She also has 25 years' experience of working in government, advising on communications strategy and delivery. She is a PCC with the ICF, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a Licensed Firework Career Coach. Michelle has been training others in Firework since 2007.
