UK Dynamism Expert Panel & Social {London | Vol. 2} by Da Vinci Fellowship & H*QUOTIENT
Oh UK DYNAMISM
Fabs, labs, and launchpads — the UK’s future will be forged in code, steel, silicon, and will.
Join us for an evening exploring the industries critical to national resilience: aerospace, energy, robotics, advanced manufacturing, AI & AI infrastructure, semiconductors, advanced computing, and more.
We’ll be hosting a fireside conversation with founders reshaping the UK's strategic edge — building for sovereignty, independence, and hardware self-reliance in a rapidly shifting world.
Speakers include:
Josef Chen is an exited Austrian-born founder now building robotic restaurant chains at KAIKAKU in London. He started by peeling potatoes in his parents’ Chinese kitchen and coding Bitcoin faucets at 13. Since then, he’s built software for the Austrian military, backed deep tech startups, and stirred the pot across Europe’s hardware scene.
Monty Anderson is a UK-born founder building the fastest image and video generations in the world at Prodia and raised a $15M seed round last year. He started coding at 7, hackathons at 11 and left school at 16 to work at fast-growing startups. He also empowers young people through london micro grants.
Alexander Fitzgerald is an exited UK founder now building the factories of the future at Isembard. They recently raised a $9M seed round to build Europe’s software-first manufacturing super prime for critical industries. Isembard’s mission is to forge industrial acceleration and bring manufacturing back to the UK.
Peter Devlin, deeptech investor at Hummingbird Ventures.
Open to founders, students, engineers, operators, and policy minds.
Come meet the people building what matters — and what lasts.
MEET THE HOSTS
H*QUOTIENT is a global deep tech playground — part ecosystem, part experiment. We work with the builders who don’t wait for permission: student engineers, rogue researchers, and sci-fi founders. Spanning 40+ countries, we create real momentum — through high-signal events, hands-on systems, and stories that stick.
Da Vinci Fellowship provides non-dilutive grants and a Paris-based hacker house for emerging EU-based deep tech builders — scientists, engineers, and researchers working to solve the world’s hardest problems at their roots.
