Breath, Balance & Hormones is an educational and experiential event designed for women to deepen their understanding of how to support and balance their hormones using tools they already have, lifestyle choices and conscious breathing.
The event will feature a science-backed talk by Dr Anna, a preventive medicine doctor, hormonal health specialist, and founder of Digest Club, who will explain how female hormones work, what disrupts them, and how daily habits such as sleep, nutrition, stress, and movement play a key role in hormonal balance.
You’ll also be guided by @kira.howtofit, fitness and breathwork coach, who will explore the powerful connection between breath, the nervous system, and hormonal regulation. Through theoretical and practical insights and simple techniques, you’ll learn how breathwork can be used to reduce stress, improve energy, and support overall hormonal health.
