Fireside chat with Luca Foresti, CEO Niulinx
Luca Foresti
Luca Foresti is the founder and CEO of Niulinx, a deep-tech startup born from research at Politecnico di Milano, developing a full-stack platform for autonomous driving. With a team of over 60 engineers and data scientists and a €38 million funding round, Niulinx aims to build from Italy a European platform to bring autonomous vehicles onto real roads.
Before Niulinx, he led Centro Medico Santagostino for over 13 years, helping scale one of Italy’s leading companies in accessible and digital healthcare.
Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he hosts the Luca Foresti Podcast, a long-form conversation space on technology, entrepreneurship, politics, healthcare, education, and the future of the country. He is also the author of Come lavorare nel XXI Secolo, a book conceived as an “operating system” for people working in modern organizations: decision-making, leadership, communication, measurement, personal energy management, and meaning at work.
