Explorer Session 5: How to grow the team

​At some point, you can't do it all yourself. Knowing when, and how, to bring people on can make or break your next phase of growth.

​This last explorer session of the fall semester covers the real decisions behind that transition: first hires versus interns versus contractors, how to find people who actually believe in the mission rather than just filling a role, and how to delegate without losing your grip on the vision you started with.
