[FOM] Member-Led Coworking

​During this member-led session, you are invited to come together to debrief the last two weeks of the Tech FOM curriculum, review homework, share findings, and work through questions as a cohort. There will not be an FFC team member leading this session, so we recommend nominating a lead to facilitate. If you would like to volunteer, comment below.

​0:00–0:05 — Welcome and Logistics (Lead Facilitator)
Quick intros (30 seconds each: name, what you are building, and where you are in your journey), confirm the session format, and remind members this is peer-led and open.

​0:05–0:20 — Week 1 Debrief: Founder to Leader with Genevieve Ryan Bellaire
Members share how they are applying what Genevieve covered. Discussion prompts:

• ​What is one thing you are still doing in your business that you know you should not be doing yourself as the CEO?

• ​Have you started mapping out what AI could handle in your business, and what did you find?

• ​Genevieve walked us through her AI stack -- Notion, Claude, MCP integrations, Lovable. Who has tried to set any of this up, and what has your experience been?

• ​For founders who want to go deeper: Genevieve mentioned connecting Claude to Notion as a system of record and building repeatable workflows from there. Has anyone started doing this, and what questions came up?

​0:20–0:35 — Week 2 Debrief: The Metrics That Matter with Mercedes Bent
Members share how they are applying Mercedes's framework. Discussion prompts:

• ​What metric did you add to or refine on your dashboard after her session?

• ​For pre-seed or early seed founders: what is the narrative or personal traction signal you are leading with right now?

• ​Several people asked about finding the right investor match and industry-specific metrics -- if you have experience here, share it with the group.

• ​Open discussion: B2B founders, how are you thinking about MRR and ARR as early signals? Consumer tech founders, what early traction signals are you tracking?

​0:35–0:50 — Homework Swap and Peer Feedback
Members share their Week 1 activity (founder role and AI audit) or Week 2 activity (KPI framework) and get quick peer input. Keep it to two to three minutes per person. If you have not completed the homework yet, this is your time to work through it with the group.

​0:50–1:00 — Open Q&A and Looking Ahead

• ​Any lingering questions from Weeks 1 or 2 that the group can help with?

• ​Tool and resource sharing -- what AI tools or resources have you found useful this week?
