Then Sónia Gomes, a Porto-based Product Design Partner and educator, joins us for a discussion. The focus is how to keep quality and attention to detail when agents make us this fast.
How the session works
When you arrive, add a question or a problem you're stuck on to the wall. Then there's a 20-minute talk with proper time for questions. After that, the guests answer questions from the wall. Whatever we don't get to feeds the next sessions.
