London moves fast, and it’s easy to feel disconnected: from yourself, from others and from the city around you.
That’s why we started City Daze - a walking club where good conversations and mindful exploring come together. Founded by Zoe mallett and Mindfulness Practitioner Rose, City Daze takes you around different green spaces in London while connecting you to other people.
We’ll meet at Old Street Station for a 45min stroll then grab a juice/tea/beer after. It’s free - come!
