​Join us for an evening of gathering around deep questions on the ethics of AI, its implementation, use, and diffusion: what it means for work and society at large.

​Gradient Gathering brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and others on the ethics, safety and governance of AI.

Rev. Fr. & Prof. Paolo Benanti.

A Franciscan friar and theologian, Benanti is Professor at the Pontifical Gregorian University and Associate Professor of Moral Philosophy at LUISS in Rome.
He sits on the United Nations High-Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence, has advised Pope Francis on AI and technology ethics, and is President of the Ethics Committee of the Observatory on Artificial Intelligence established under the EU AI Act.

Few people move as fluently between moral philosophy and AI governance.
