We’re hosting an in-person happy hour, property tour, and conversation about how to make living near friends happen.
You’ll get a sneak preview of an Oakland property that will soon be coming to market: a custom-designed compound with three spacious homes, two courtyards, an industrial kitchen and common space, and elevated walkways connecting the buildings.
Originally developed by eSix and OpenDoor, a Bay Area coliving company, the property was designed from the ground up for people to live in community while still having their own space.
