Stefano Bellasio (CEO, Anthropos) presents the first findings from the report, then moderates a conversation with Marco Barra Caracciolo (CEO, Bludigit SpA) and Peter Durante (People, Innovation & Transformation (PI&T), Italgas): how the shift to AI was handled on the technology side, what it demanded on the people and skills side, and what each of them got right and wrong along the way.
