Building an AI Team for Your Business

​How to integrate AI employees into your company?

​Agentell co-founder Albert Poghosyan has extensive hands-on experience with this. His company currently has 3 people and 16 AI agents.

​On August 26, as part of AI Onramp, Albert will lead the “Building an AI Team for Your Business” Session, where he’ll use practical examples to show how an AI team can handle entire business processes – from analysis to sales, and from content creation to gathering and managing feedback.

​You’ll learn how to:

​🔹 Identify the tasks and problems worth automating
🔹 Build an AI agent using no-code tools
🔹 Teach agents to work with your company’s data and tools
🔹 Keep humans involved where it matters to prevent mistakes

​Albert will also build an AI agent from scratch and demonstrate how it can be used to solve specific business tasks.

​The session will be held in English. Armenian translation will be provided if needed.
