Tang Yu Long, Outreach Director, ISC2 Singapore Chapter
Since 2016, Yu Long (Tyler) Tang has built his information security career specialising in risk management and security architecture. He provides independent oversight of operational, technology and cyber risks for a global systemically important bank, directly supporting Chief Technology, Risk and Information Security Officers across Singapore and Malaysia.
Tyler also volunteers with ISC2 at both regional and country levels, serving on the Asia-Pacific Chapter Regional Management Committee and as Outreach Director of the Singapore Chapter. Since 2023, he has shared his experience and actionable insights with the community through speaking and moderating engagements.
Sabrina Loi, Adjunct Lecturer at SMU
Sabrina Loi is a technology risk, privacy governance and operational resilience professional with close to 12 years of consulting and industry experience across EY, Deloitte, Protiviti, Keppel Offshore & Marine and City Developments Limited.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the ISACA Singapore Chapter as Academic Outreach Director and is Founder and Advisor of its Youth Programme.
An Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Management University and Founder of Sense & Shape, Sabrina is also an ACLP-certified practitioner and CIPP/A credential holder, with experience spanning risk management, data protection, GRC, business continuity, regulatory compliance, training and stakeholder engagement.
Randall Foo, Security Analyst at Singtel
Randall Foo is a Security Operations Centre (SOC) L2 Security Analyst at Singtel whose journey into cybersecurity took an unconventional route. Before entering cyber, Randall spent six years as a chef in the Republic of Singapore Navy, followed by experience in Singapore’s F&B industry, including Cloudstreet and Moderato.
Exploring new career possibilities after COVID-19 led him to cybersecurity, where he navigated the transition through continuous learning, industry certifications and active participation in communities such as Division Zero, SANS and ISC2.
Rowena Lee, Founder and Principal Consultant at HRS Talents – Cyber
Rowena Lee is the founder of HRS Talents, Singapore's first Cybersecurity-Only recruitment and career consulting company, providing Executive Recruitment of Senior Position Hires across both red and blue team functions, and Career Consultancy to institutions and individuals, organizing bootcamps and workshops on Cybersecurity Career Strategy topics.
Rowena actively contributes back to the communities (Division Zero, ISC2, ISACA and SCS) and is also deeply involved in conferences regionally, such as SINCON, Hack In The Box, Black Hat Asia, DEF CON, Off-by-One and OWASP AppSec Days.
