Cherish: A Somatic Self-Love Journey

A 12-week online trauma-informed coaching container for women, moving from Winter to Spring

Who This Is For

This container is for women who:

  • Feel ready to gently explore their relationship with themselves with curiosity and compassion.

  • Are longing for a slower, more embodied approach to personal growth—one that honours cycles, seasons, and somatic awareness.

  • Want to move from self-criticism toward self-kindness, in a held community space.

  • Feel drawn to nature’s rhythms as a mirror for their own healing.

  • Are willing to listen to their body’s wisdom and practice tender self-witnessing.

Who This Is Not For

This container is not for:

  • Individuals in acute crisis or without access to mental health support.

  • Those seeking fast-paced, goal-oriented, purely cognitive coaching or therapy.

  • Anyone unwilling to respect the confidentiality and emotional safety of the group.

  • People uncomfortable with rituals, gentle movement, or inner reflective work.

Container Structure

  • Format: Weekly live group calls (recorded), private community and accountability space, somatic audio practices, reflective prompts.

  • Trauma-Informed Pillars: Safety, choice, collaboration, empowerment, somatic grounding.

  • Theme: Moving through the inner winter — clearing, dreaming, choosing — into the planting of spring.

The 8 Modules: From Winter to Spring

Module 1: Composting

Clear the field, turn over what died

  • Focus: Rooting and Grounding. Honouring endings. Creating safety and consent in the body and group.

  • Somatic Practice: Grounding through feet and breath. Symbolic release ritual.

  • Reflection: What needs to be composted from the past year to nourish what’s next?

Module 2: Soil Assessment

Know your actual ground

  • Focus: Loving inventory of your present inner landscape—strengths, wounds, resources.

  • Somatic Practice: Body scan with curiosity, no fixing. Sensing your own "ground". Tending to your grief and heartbreak.

  • Reflection: What is the true texture of my soil? Where is it rich? Where is it depleted?

Module 3: Winter Dreaming

The thirteenth moon, rest and germination

  • Focus: The power of dormancy. Listening to quiet inner longings.

  • Somatic Practice: Restorative rest & guided imagery for inner safe space.

  • Reflection: What wants to dream itself through me if I allow deep rest?

Module 4: Winter Dreaming

Year of the Horse arrives Feb 17th but you’re still dreaming

  • Focus: Holding the tension between emerging energy (Horse) and sacred slowness.

  • Somatic Practice: Gentle movement exploration—when to stir, when to stay still.

  • Reflection: How can I honour both my vitality and my need for incubation?

Module 5: Seed Selection

Choose what’s yours as spring equinox approaches

  • Focus: Clarifying authentic desires vs. "shoulds". Choosing what aligns.

  • Somatic Practice: Heart-centred meditation—what seeds spark warmth or expansion?

  • Reflection: Which seeds feel truly mine to plant this spring?

Module 6: Preparing the Bed

Creating conditions for growth

  • Focus: Boundaries, resources, and nourishment needed for your seeds.

  • Somatic Practice: Embodied boundary setting—containment and support.

  • Reflection: What do I need to feel resourced enough to grow these seeds?

Module 7: Planting

Seeds in ground at the true beginning

  • Focus: Committing to action from a place of rooted self-trust.

  • Somatic Practice: Ritual of planting—gentle movement with intention.

  • Reflection: How does it feel to place these seeds in the soil of my own life?

Module 8: Tending & Integration (April)

First green shoots and ongoing care

  • Focus: Celebrating emergence. Creating a sustainable self-love / self pleasure practice

  • Somatic Practice: Integrating the journey—cherishing the tender new growth.

  • Reflection: How will I continue to cherish myself as the season turns?
