Waterloo Region Drupal Users Group November Meetup: AI Applications

​Dustin from Perimeter Institute (PI) will be reviewing how PI is using AI OpenSource models to add functionality for transcriptions and vector based related talk recommendations to PIRSA.org (PI's Recorded Seminar Archive). PI is running the AI processing outside of Drupal using web services to bring the functionality into Drupal. Now that the Drupal AI ecosystem is starting stabilize, PI is evaluating options for handling the vector search in Drupal. Dustin will be reviewing the technologies used, how they were integrated, and next steps for better leveraging the growing Drupal AI ecosystem.

​Next, Igor from the University of Waterloo will be showing some ways he is using AI in his work, including using AI to write git commit messages.
