Mei is an operating partner at Hillhouse Capital, one of the top, oldest, and most prestigious venture capital firms in China, based in Beijing. She is a Schwarzman Scholars mentor, a Yale Sinovation fellow, she has worked in education for thirty years, across nearly every role the sector has.
She is also a very dear friend of Em's, and as Rich once put it, "there is simply no one like Mei."
