Safety & Construction Community Event
This event begins on the afternoon of March 3rd and continues through the full day on March 4th. A networking evening will take place after our opening session on March third.
Participants should plan on staying in Keene, NH the night of March 3rd.
Event Description:
Across the construction and safety industries, a growing disconnect between leadership and the field is impacting trust, learning, and workplace safety. Skill shortages, unrealistic expectations, and the loss of institutional knowledge are placing increasing strain on organizations and on the people doing the work.
This two-day event creates an honest, solutions-focused space for industry leaders to step back, listen, and engage in meaningful dialogue about what is breaking down and what can be rebuilt. Grounded in real survey data and field experience, the event brings together safety professionals, contractors, educators, and students to examine the widening gap between leadership and the workforce and identify practical, actionable strategies to move forward.
Participants will engage in candid conversations, facilitated workshops, and collaborative planning focused on strengthening trust, communication, and leadership capability at every level.
