OCSLG - Business Meeting (Semi-Ready OC)

​Join the Orange County Semiconductor Leadership Group (OCSLG) for the kickoff of Semi Ready OC, a regional convening bringing together semiconductor and advanced manufacturing employers, CSU and UC partners, Chapman University, the Orange County Regional Consortium, community colleges, and workforce leaders.

​This working session will focus on strengthening Orange County’s semiconductor talent pipeline, identifying employer workforce needs, and connecting businesses with education and training resources. Representatives from the RSCC Training Institute will also provide an overview of Employment Training Panel (ETP) opportunities and how employers can leverage state funding to support employee training, upskilling, and workforce development.

​The goal is to build a more coordinated, employer-driven framework for semiconductor workforce development across Orange County and identify practical opportunities for collaboration, training, internships, apprenticeships, and state-funded workforce support.
