​You don't need another keynote explaining what an agent is.

​Applied Research Afternoon BCN is a gathering of AI/ML researchers, and the format is simple: researchers show real work, then in small groups you turn those ideas into something actionable.

​People who read papers, run experiments, and want to talk to others doing the same

​What happens:

• ​5 researchers present something concrete; a paper that changed how they think, an experiment that failed interestingly, a hypothesis nobody is testing yet

• ​You break into small groups and work the idea: what's the product hypothesis? what's the one-week experiment? who actually needs this?

• ​We close with an open problems list; the questions that didn't get answered, shared afterwards as the artefact of the afternoon

• ​Dinner together, no programme
