Panda Delight: An Evening at China Panda

​​The prodigal sons return. After decades away, the Chen brothers* are back. We're transforming the beloved China Panda into a gourmand's El Dorado for two nights only.

​​THE MENU**

​12 course fixed menu

​$88​ per person—no taxes, tips, or other add-ons. The $8 ticket on the event page is a reservation fee; we’ll follow up to provide payment options for the remaining $80.

​Inspired by the immigration journey of "Aunty Tina," the menu follows her path through Fujian, Hong Kong, New York, and Richmond—collectively known as The Centers of the Tinaverse.

​​We'll tease a few of the courses on our Instagram page (@sonsofchinapanda), but most of them will be a surprise. The menu will be a collection of 12 of the best singular bites and drinks we’ve had around the world. It will include a wide variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit, with some meat and fish.

​​Please plan for up to two and a half hours for your dinner.

​​With advanced notice, we may be able to accommodate some dietary restrictions.

​​THE TEAM

​​Victor brings encyclopedic food knowledge and the perspective of deep travels all over Asia. Darren's hospitality chops are honed by hosting hundreds of incredible dinner parties— bringing strangers together and creating community over a meal. Edwin pushes the team to stratospheric heights with his culinary neurosis and unmatched creativity. Michael's main contribution is his energy on tap, enthusiasm for life, and an unshakeable love for Chinese food.
