AI is being woven into nearly every aspect of how we work, communicate, and experience the world. The applications being built right now will define daily life for decades to come.
Every product decision is a value decision. Every choice about what to optimise for, what to surface, what to automate is a quiet bet on what matters. That responsibility ripples outward: beyond the immediate user, to communities, systems, and people who never chose to interact with what you built.
Good intentions are a starting point, not a strategy. This session is for builders and leaders who want to go further, developing the instincts and shared language to make human-centred decisions consistently, at speed and at scale.
Speakers
Olof Schybergson is the Co-founder of Fjord and former Chief Design & Product Officer at Accenture Song. He has spent over two decades shaping products and services for some of the world's most recognised organisations — from Citibank and Disney to Harvard Medical School and Qualcomm. His thinking has appeared in Forbes, WIRED, Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company. He brings an optimistic, hard-won perspective on what it means to build in an AI-augmented world.
Philip Man is the head of the newly formed Innovation Office at GovTech focused on prototyping the next generation of public services, to support Singapore’s transition towards being an AI-enabled society. Prior to rejoining Government, he was co-founder and COO at Terrascope, and part of the leadership team of BCG Digital Ventures in Singapore, serving as a Director of strategic design and a GM of climate ventures.

Song Qiaoqi is a service and product design lead at GovTech Singapore, where she leads the Design x AI programme — building a community that helps designers navigate AI tools, explore new workflows, and shape meaningful AI experiences. She also contributes to GovTech's Human-Centred AI initiative, working at the intersection of design, innovation and responsible AI.
