We’re breaking down why women need to lift, how to do it properly, and how to actually stick with it in real life.
You’ll learn the fundamentals, move your body, eat good food, and leave with a plan you can actually use.
What You’ll Experience
30-minute info session on strength training
Learn why lifting matters for women, why Pilates alone isn’t enough, and how to stop feeling intimidated by the gym.
60-minute guided strength workout
A full-body workout done together in a supportive group setting, with individual coaching, form corrections, and real guidance — not just vibes.
Interactive nutrition discussion
Participate in a practical conversation with a nutritionist about supporting your body through strength training, hitting your macros without obsessing, and making healthy eating fit into your actual life.
Done-for-you workout plan
You’ll go home with a clear, ready-to-use workout plan so you’re not back at square one next week wondering what to do.
Lunch included
Nourishing lunch bowls provided, because fueling your body is part of the work.
