About our Host:
Jennifer (“Jenn”) Ma is a strategy and operations executive who specializes in leading complex transformations—both as Chief Transformation Officer at Artivo Surfaces and through her consulting practice, Mama Ventures. She helps companies build scalable processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and establish the foundations needed for sustainable, measurable growth.
Jenn is also a mother of two young boys and the daughter of Taiwanese and Chinese immigrants. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her perspective on leadership, identity, and balance. She is hosting this dinner to bring together a community of women for an evening of thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and meaningful connection— and to share the real, unfiltered experiences of doing it all, while reminding one another that we don’t have to carry it alone.
