​Each session will commence with a brief overview to set the scene followed by Q and A, geared to the different issues of those attending. Bring your questions and you may stay as long or as short a time as you like.

​This session is designed to help apartment dwellers understand what you can do personally in your own apartment versus what action is impacted by strata requirements.

  What residents can do individually, what’s achievable in common areas, and how to plan upgrades like lighting and energy efficient appliances.

• ​Incentives and rebates that support apartment upgrades
  An overview of federal and state programs that help reduce costs for both individual units and shared building improvements.

Get clarity on how to raise proposals, build support, and understand the information you’ll need when seeking quotes or planning shared infrastructure.
