About the organisers
Audrey Guazzone is an innovation and commercialization strategist who helps medtech and digital health companies navigate international growth. Through LeanLia, she combines market validation, commercialization strategy, and hands-on business development to help companies grow in the U.S. She is passionate about connecting healthcare innovators and ecosystems across America and Europe.
Maria Putilina, MD, MS, is a medical advisor and innovator, boasting over a decade of driving transformative change within the healthcare industry. Her expertise spans Business Administration, Medicine, and Science, which she honed in healthcare consulting, helping companies build and execute innovation strategies.
Bailey Morgan is a healthtech leader who blends clinical expertise with business strategy to drive healthcare innovation and growth. A former speech-language pathologist, she has helped raise over $10 million in capital, led go-to-market teams across SaaS and CPG companies, and closed more than $2 million in technology sales. As Chief of Staff at Groth Pain & Spine, she leads change management and technology integration across a growing provider network, while also advising healthcare technology companies and serving as Director and Treasurer of a nonprofit supporting individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
Alex Koshykov is a co-founder of BeKey and a digital health expert who constantly shares news, introduces promising technologies, and promotes secure software & hardware for the healthcare industry on his YouTube channel. Additionally to that, he is a co-founder of YODD, a medical device startup.
