MKS DTECH Feature Spotlight: Rhino Sync + Nessie
Two people in the same Rhino model at the same time. And Revit data you can edit from a browser.
I'm going live with Mauro Sabiu and Mikael Santrolli, co-founders of MKS DTECH, a London design technology company started by architects. No slides, no pitch. Just a hands-on demo of two tools:
Rhino Sync: one central Rhino model for the whole team. Objects lock to whoever's editing them, you can see who's working on what, and changes come through on sync. The file stays on your own network drive or Google Drive. It's in beta and free to use right now.
Nessie: connects Revit models to the cloud so BIM managers and project teams can edit sheet numbers, parameters, revisions and project info across multiple models from the browser, with changes written back into Revit. It was shaped inside practice at Heatherwick Studio.
