AI Walk in the Park
Take a break from screens and bring your AI thoughts out for a walk.
AI Walk in the Park is an opportunity to relax and let inspiration strike if it feels like it. We’ll stroll through Central Park, chat about what we’re building, testing, and wondering about, and enjoy a little fresh air while we do it.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just curious about what’s changing so fast, this is a great way to have real conversations without the usual “networking” vibe.
Why we walk: Stanford research shows people generate ~60% more creative ideas while walking than sitting—with every single participant in some experiments coming up with more original responses on foot.
From the days of Aristotle's peripatetics to Steve Jobs using walking meetings as his go-to format for serious conversations, a shared walk just unlocks better thinking (and it’s a welcome break from all the sitting we do).
Expect a social, upbeat atmosphere, good people, and the kind of discussion that flows more naturally when everyone’s moving instead of packed into a venue.
We’ll meet by Wollman Rink and head out together for a relaxed walk with plenty of time to think, discuss wild ideas, and see what comes of it.
