Upgrade Your Social Health: Skills for Work and Life
Strong relationships are foundational to how long we live, how happy we are, and how well we perform at work—yet many of us aren't taught how to connect.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore the science of social health and learn practical, research-backed skills for strengthening your “relational fitness.” By reflecting on your own patterns of connection, you'll also identify high-impact areas where small changes can create big improvements. Expect lively discussion, science-based insights, and actionable takeaways to help you build stronger, healthier relationships both inside and outside of work.
This workshop is led by Phil Chu, founder of Seen, a social health company that translates the science of human connection into practical skills and educational programs. Connection is a skill. We'll teach you how.
