About Event

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, until you truly get to know it.

Anxiety is a signal that your body and brain are trying to keep you safe. But in modern society, it can leave you feeling stuck, drained, and unable to enjoy life.

The good news: once you understand how anxiety works, you can begin to calm it, release its power, and reclaim your peace of mind.

This free community event is a chance to join others who are struggling with anxiety and discover science-based tools that actually make a difference.

With guidance from a licensed therapist and the encouragement of others who are in it with you, you’ll explore:

  • What anxiety really is, how your brain and nervous system create it, and why it sometimes spirals.

  • The hidden messages in anxious feelings, and how you can change your experience by learning to listen differently.

  • Everyday tools to calm your body and mind when anxiety starts to take over.

  • Ways to build a healthier relationship with anxiety so it loses its power and becomes a signal you know how to handle.

You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately, plus a new perspective that allows you to move forward with greater calm and confidence.

This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
