Agent Building for PMs
You've heard about AI agents. Maybe you've seen the demos. Maybe you even tried building one and hit a wall of YAML files, framework docs, and "it depends."
This hands-on session helps you set the right foundations.
In 90 minutes, you'll go from zero to a working agent built with Claude Code, on your own machine, solving a real PM problem.
This is Part I: Foundations. We start here because a good agent needs a good setup. Part II goes deeper into workflows, multi-step agents, and advanced use cases.
What we'll cover:
Installing and configuring Claude Code (even if you've never opened a terminal)
Writing your CLAUDE.md, the file that makes Claude think like your team
Connecting your tools (Slack, Jira, Notion, Linear, or whatever your stack is) via MCP servers
Building a real PM agent, live, step by step:
One that pulls product context from your tools, summarizes it, and pushes updates to your team channel
How to go from "that was cool" to actually using this on Monday morning
You'll walk out with a working agent and the setup to build more.
Prerequisites:
A laptop with a terminal
Claude Code installed (we'll help if you haven't yet)
Details:
Wednesday, April 22 | 5:30–7:00 PM IST
