N'katror invites you to the second edition of our "Women in STEM" panel, where we'll be sitting down with three women working across tech, startups, and innovation in Skopje for an honest conversation about what building a career in these spaces actually looks like.
They'll share their journeys, the challenges they didn't expect, the decisions that went wrong, and the lessons that came out of it. Whether it's leading teams, building products, navigating rooms where you're the only woman there, or just figuring things out along the way.
If you're starting out, thinking about a change, or just want to hear real stories from women who've been through it, come through.
