​Zen is Chief of Staff at Aspire and an avid AI builder — shipping autonomous workflows across product and engineering. He is leading Aspire's AI Champions program and recently ran an internal AI hackathon to get every PM building with AI. Zen spoke about autonomous agents at the official Claude Code meetup in Singapore, and brings 9 years of fintech experience across APAC and the UK.
