This is a special meetup for the OpenAI Build Week which brings developers, creators, founders, and students together to turn ideas into working projects with Codex.

10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Co-building session
12:00 PM–1:00 PM: Lunch for co-building participants
1:00 PM–2:00 PM: Afternoon check-in
2:00 PM–5:00 PM: Community meetup, spotlights, networking, and AMA panel
Morning co-building session 🌅
Kickoff by Kanean S A (Account Director at OpenAI)
Bring your laptop and start a new project or continue something you are already building with Codex. You will have focused build time, peer support, and a room full of other builders to exchange ideas with.
The morning session is limited to 80 builders and requires separate approval.
Afternoon community meetup 💡
We will bring together up to 120 approved attendees for updates on Codex and OpenAI Build Week, community spotlights, conversations about using coding agents to build and ship software and an AMA panel featuring:

Want to present a Community Spotlight?
Tell us how you use Codex or share a project you are building in the registration form. Please include a short description and a relevant project or demo link. Shortlisted builders will be contacted by the organising team.

Just a few quick reminders to help the day run smoothly:
1) In-person event
This is an in-person-only event.
If your plans change or you can’t arrive on time, we’d really appreciate you cancelling your spot so someone on the waitlist can join.
We do keep track of no-shows to help us plan future community events fairly.
2) Approval required for entry
Approval for the morning co-building session is separate from approval for the afternoon meetup.
Because this is a secure office venue, approved attendees must provide their full name and phone number for visitor pre-registration at least 48 hours before the event. Entry instructions will be shared with confirmed attendees.
Due to security measures, there will not be any on spot registrations and we cannot make any exceptions. Please do not arrive at the venue without approval.
3) Arrival timing
Check-in for morning co-building session opens at 9:30am, and we’ll begin at 10:00am.
Check-in for afternoon meetup at 1:00pm, and we’ll begin at 2:00pm sharp.
To keep things fair for everyone, we won’t be able to admit late arrivals.
