Act.) recognize individuals and organizations who are not just talking about change, but actively creating it — across mentorship, education, workforce development, innovation, and student impact. From students stepping into leadership, to mentors guiding the next generation, to organizations building real pathways for girls — this is what impact looks like.
The Evening
5:30 PM — Purpose Xchange Cocktail Reception A curated space to connect with leaders, founders, and changemakers who are actively building what's next. This is where relationships are built and ideas are exchanged — intentional conversations in an intimate setting.
6:30 PM — The Art of Food: Palette to Palate Through Independence Gardens' signature event, The Art of Food, we are bringing together award-winning chefs — creatives, storytellers, and innovators — who are using their craft to elevate impact. Yes… including a James Beard Foundation–recognized chef stepping into this moment with us. This is an immersive culinary experience where each course reflects purpose, community, and the power of action.
7:30 PM — E.L.L.A. Awards Ceremony + Entelechy Award Presentation The heart of the evening. The E.L.L.A. Awards honor the finalists whose leadership is making a lasting impact on girls, education, and community. At the center of it all, we are honored to recognize Lucy Billingsley, Partner at Billingsley Company, as the recipient of the Conscious Capital Foundation Entelechy Award — a leader who embodies what it means to live and lead with purpose. The Entelechy Award is a hand-blown glass sculpture created by an artisan who crafts pieces for the Academy Awards, each one made with the intention and energy of its recipient.
This night is about more than recognition. It's about who's in the room. It's about the conversations that spark what's next. It's about experiencing impact — together.
