On Saturday, September 12th, Qualia Contemporary Art opens its doors for a rare convergence of sound, visual art, and deep listening. Set within the ethereal color fields of Xu Hongming’s solo exhibition, Color and Ten Thousand Things, composer and Stanford PhD candidate Walker Smith joins composer-pianist Victor Xie for an afternoon of guided meditation and live musical improvisation.
Donation of $30 to the musicians is recommended.
