​Recent progress in AI (e.g. in math) are raising the question: if machines can do work we once thought was distinctly human, where do we find meaning in our work and our lives?

Join us over dinner as we explore what Christianity has to say about human nature, work, purpose, and dignity in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

​Whether you're a Christian, exploring faith, or just thinking through some of these questions, we'd love to have you!

​Pastor Toby Kurth is the lead pastor of Christ Church San Francisco, which he planted in 2009. Before becoming a pastor, he worked in the marketplace and studied at Westminster Seminary California and Stony Brook University.

​Melody Kim is a designer, former founder, and attends Messiah’s URC in NYC. She regularly hosts dinners like these with her pastor to discuss technology and faith in Brooklyn.

Kelvin Yu is the founder of Substrate and is interested in historical and political theology. He attends Christ Church in San Francisco.
