Using AI for Market Strategy (PMF)
Presentation Summary
This session will focus on how early-stage founders/ start-ups can use AI as a strategic advantage. Not just as a tool, but as a way to think, prepare, and make smarter decisions across their business.
Grounded in real-world startup challenges, the presentation will walk through how to use AI to:
Prepare more effectively for high-stakes conversations (especially for pitches legal, investors, and partners)
Pressure-test ideas, positioning, and go-to-market strategies before execution
Operate with the clarity and structure typically reserved for more mature teams
At the same time, we’ll address a common misconception: while AI can accelerate thinking and fill early gaps, it doesn’t replace strategic judgment. Founders often wait too long to bring in marketing and business strategy support—leading to misaligned positioning, inefficient spend, or avoidable rework later on.
We’ll cover how to balance both! How to use AI to move faster, while also knowing when to bring in experienced strategic support to guide key decisions and set a stronger foundation early.
The goal is to leave founders with a practical framework they can immediately apply to move faster, make better decisions, and avoid common early-stage mistakes, without over-relying on tools at the expense of strategy.
