Drawing from the Kandaka Authority Framework, the session will explore the intersection of:
Personal Branding × Leadership × Visibility × Authority
Because entering the tech world is not only about becoming technically skilled.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of how to:
• find and articulate your professional voice
• build authority before you feel “ready”
• become more visible without becoming performative
• communicate your value with confidence
• position yourself as someone whose ideas deserve to be heard
• turn expertise into influence and leadership

18:40–19:00 Closing & Departure
PART II — THE FULL ANNIVERSARY EXPERIENCE
19:00 onwards | Hotel Saski
The Women Go Tech 10th Anniversary Community Dinner
For those who want to continue the evening, we are opening 20 exclusive places for a special community dinner at Hotel Saski.
This is more than dinner.
It is the opportunity to sit around one table with members, and mentors of the Women Go Tech community, continue the conversations from the Palace and create space for the deeper questions, reflections and connections that don't always fit into an event programme.
Expect:
An elegant dining experience
Special set menu designed by Hotel Saski for our event
deeper community connections
space to reflect on the evening
an intimate anniversary atmosphere
time to ask the questions you didn't get to ask during the programme
Dinner ticket: 180 PLN per person
Only 20 dinner places are available.
Dinner registration must be completed and paid in advance through Luma by 20 October 2026.
Once the 20 places are filled, dinner registration will close.
If you would like to join the dinner but the 20 places have already been taken, you will be able to join the Dinner Waitlist and will be contacted if a place becomes available.
If you want to meet more of the community, continue the conversation and experience the anniversary as an intimate evening rather than simply an event, the full experience is for you.
Let's celebrate the women who are already leading.
Let's make space for the women who are finding their voice.
And let's build the future together.
See you in Krakow.
