AI is rapidly changing the economics of learning. Content creation is becoming faster, cheaper, and increasingly accessible. As a result, many L&D professionals are facing the same question:
If content is no longer our primary value proposition, what is?
For this L&D Shakers meetup, we'll explore this question through a collective reading of The Transformation Triangle, a thought-provoking report that proposes a strategic framework for L&D leaders seeking to redefine their role in an AI-enabled world.
But don't worry: this is not a book club, you don't need to read it in advance. We'll explore it together in small groups, share insights, challenge ideas, and build a collective understanding.
Why this topic? Because many of us are currently trying to answer the same questions in our organisations:
How is AI reshaping the value of L&D?
Where should we focus our energy?
What capabilities become more important, not less?
What does an impactful L&D function look like tomorrow?
