• ​All guests must order at least one set per person.

• ​You may stay 1 hour per set purchased. Once your time is up, do cooperate with staff to leave the venue or extend your stay at $20 / 30mins.

• ​Latecomers will still be required to leave by the end of the hour. You can choose to start your booking in the next hour if available.

• ​No unauthorized photos or videos of casts and other patrons. You may take photos of food or merchandise only.

• ​Guests must be 16 years or older as of date of birth to enter the café.

• ​Guests who appear intoxicated will not be permitted to enter or remain on the premises.

• ​Only guests aged 18 years or older may purchase alcohol. Please be prepared to show valid identification with your birth date when requested by staff.

• ​No physical contact with the cast.

• ​Do not ask cast for personal details or information about their private lives. (You may ask if they have public social media.)

• ​No loitering outside the café.

• ​Do not approach or follow cast after they leave the venue.

• ​Harassment or any behavior that makes staff or other customers uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
