Martha Norrick recently served as Chief Analytics Officer and Deputy Commissioner for New York City's Office of Technology and Innovation, overseeing one of the world's largest municipal Open Data programs. Her work includes leading major survey research projects, developing predictive models to optimize city services, and establishing citywide data governance frameworks. She previously directed data strategy for the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, using advanced analytics to reduce poverty and increase equity across city programs. She is currently an independent consultant and the founder of Backbone Strategies.
