About Event
Mentoring is not just about giving back. It is a powerful way to build yourself. When you teach, guide, and support others, you deepen your own knowledge, strengthen your leadership skills, and grow in confidence and clarity. Yet, knowing where to begin that journey isn’t always obvious.
This is a workshop of the Mentor Preparation Program, a 3‑month capacity-building experience designed for African and African-diaspora women in tech. Delivered in partnership between Because She Can and Digi‑Equal Africa, the program helps you grow as a mentor while intentionally shaping your own personal and professional development.
