Design Your Day: Energy That Actually Lasts
Hosted by Hadlee Garrison, MPH, Holistic Health Counselor

Most of us are taught to manage our time—but real momentum comes from managing your energy. This peer-led conversation explores how to work with your body and energy levels so you can pursue big goals without burnout or constant exhaustion.

Attendees can expect to:

  • Learn how different tasks impact energy differently—and how to design workdays that give more than they take

  • Explore simple ways to optimize health and daily habits to reduce decision fatigue

  • Walk away with practical strategies to manage energy (not just time) at work

About the Host: Hadlee Garrison, MPH, is a holistic Health Counselor, behavior change expert, podcaster, and speaker. She helps women build sustainable habits that support both wellbeing and high performance, sustainably. With a background in biopsychology, behavior science, and holistic health modalities, Hadlee brings a practical, science-informed approach to understanding energy, capacity, and how we show up at work and in life. She’s passionate about helping professional women move beyond burnout by working with their bodies – instead of against them – to create momentum that actually lasts.

About She Knows Her Stuff - The SKHS Series:
She Knows Her Stuff is a free, community-led event series created by Work Like a Girl, tapping into the collective knowledge, curiosity, and creativity of our network. Hosted by WLAG members, these peer-led conversations are all about sharing real skills, lived experiences, and honest perspectives – think open dialogue, thoughtful questions, shared stories, and learning from one another.
