Chinh Q. Tran is the Founder and Managing Member of 3P Ventures, an early-stage investment firm supporting companies across the U.S.–Japan industrial technology corridor.

With extensive operational experience at Disney, Yahoo, and high-growth technology companies, Chinh brings an operator’s perspective to venture investing. His work focuses on early-stage B2B companies across deep tech, climate tech, agri-tech, robotics, automation, applied AI, and other industrial technologies with strong technical differentiation and cross-border potential.

He works closely with founders on investor readiness, business fundamentals, market positioning, operational discipline, and expansion between Japan and the United States.
