​今年のWebX2026では、SyFuのサイドイベントとして、NFTホルダー限定の「SyFu MIYAZAKI BEEF BBQ」を開催します！

​昨年のWebXイベントでは、多くの方にご参加いただきました。

​今年は、SyFuチームとコミュニティの皆さんがより近い距離で集まり、BBQを囲みながらゆっくり話せる場にしたいと考えています。

​Mainnet、Breed、そしてこれからのSyFuについて、リアルな場で一緒に語り合いましょう🔥

​さらに今回は、Founder神谷がコミュニティの皆さんに楽しんでいただけるよう、宮崎牛を特別食材として調達予定です。

​通常のBBQプランではなく、SyFuコミュニティのために用意する特別な内容として準備しています。

​※宮崎牛は特別食材として調達予定です。参加人数や仕入れ状況により、当日のBBQメニュー全体の一部を会場手配メニュー等で調整する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。

​本イベントは、SyFu NFTホルダー向けイベントです。
申込代表者は、下記いずれかのNFTを保有している必要があります。

​・Genesis NFT
・MANEKINEKO NFT

​※アイテムNFTは対象外です。
※同伴者の方はNFTを保有していなくてもご参加いただけます。

​✅ 参加資格の確認について

​本イベントはSyFu NFTホルダー向けイベントです。
参加登録時に、NFT保有確認または招待確認を行います。

NFTを保有している方は、以下いずれかの方法で確認してください。
・対象NFTを保有しているウォレットで認証する
・「NFT認証用メールアドレス」欄に、対象NFTを保有しているSyFuアカウントの登録メールアドレスを入力する

個別に案内を受け取った方は、「招待確認」欄に案内を受け取ったメールアドレスを入力してください。

※同伴者の方は、NFT保有確認は不要です。
※NFT保有確認または招待確認ができない場合、お申し込みは承認されません。

​👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ご家族・ご友人の同伴について

​今回は、NFTホルダーご本人だけでなく、ご家族やご友人もお誘いいただけます。

​・NFTホルダー1名につき、最大4枚まで申込可能。（ご本人分を含む）
・同伴者分のチケットも、NFTホルダーの方がまとめて同時にお申し込みください。
・参加には事前申込が必要です。
・同伴者さまの入場時には代表者のチケット提示が必要です。（チケットの分配はできません。）

​※システム上、5枚以上を選択できる場合がありますが、NFTホルダー1名につき有効なお申し込みは最大4枚までです。
※5枚以上のお申し込みは無効、または再申込をお願いする場合があります。

​🧒 お子さまの同伴について

​・会場ルールにより、3歳以上のお子さまは1名として参加申込をお願いします。
・2歳以下のお子さまは無料で同伴いただけますが、お席・食事・ドリンク飲み放題のご用意はございません。
・お子さまを同伴される場合は、ご年齢に関わらず、保護者の方の責任において安全管理をお願いいたします。

​💎 SFP利用について

​SyFu Points（SFP）を利用して、NFTホルダーご本人分の参加チケットと交換できます。

​SFP交換条件：
・BBQ Pass A：1,750 SFP
・BBQ Pass B：1,000 SFP

​注意事項：

​・SFP利用は、NFTホルダーご本人分の1枚のみ対象です。
・同伴者分のチケットにはSFPを利用できません。
・SFP利用には事前申請が必要です。
・SFP申請後、運営側で確認のうえ、参加登録に利用できるクーポンを個別に発行予定です。

​・本イベントは運営承認制です。
お申し込み時点では参加確定ではなく、運営側で確認・承認後に参加確定となります。
・会場の収容人数の都合上、同伴者を含む参加希望人数が100名を超えた場合は抽選となります。
その場合、当選者のみ承認させていただきます。

​⚠️ 注意事項

​・チケット購入後のキャンセル・返金はいたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。
・システムの都合上、JCBカードでの決済はキャンセルとなる可能性がございます。恐れ入りますが、参加登録時はJCB以外のクレジットカードをご利用ください。
・雨天決行予定です。ただし、荒天・強風などにより安全な実施が難しいと判断した場合や、会場側が閉場とした場合は中止となります。その際は、Lumaの登録メールおよびDiscordにてご案内いたします。
・3歳以上の参加者は、1人1チケットのお申し込みが必要です。

​During WebX2026, we're excited to host an exclusive side event for SyFu NFT holders: SyFu MIYAZAKI BEEF BBQ!

​Last year's WebX event was a great success, and we were thrilled to meet so many members of the community.

​This year, we'd like to bring the SyFu team and our community even closer together by creating a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy BBQ and meaningful conversations.

​Let's talk face-to-face about Mainnet, Breed, and the future of SyFu! 🔥

​As a special treat, our Founder, Kamiya, plans to prepare premium Miyazaki Wagyu Beef exclusively for the SyFu community.

​Rather than offering the standard BBQ menu, we're preparing a special BBQ experience just for this event.

​Note: Miyazaki Wagyu is planned as a special ingredient. Depending on attendance and ingredient availability, portions of the BBQ menu may be adjusted using venue-provided menu items if necessary.

​🌟 Eligibility (NFT Holders Only)

​This event is exclusively for SyFu NFT holders.
The primary registrant must own at least one of the following NFTs:

​・Genesis NFT
・MANEKINEKO NFT

​*Item NFTs are not eligible.
*Family members and friends may attend even if they do not own a SyFu NFT.

​✅ Eligibility Verification

​This event is exclusively for SyFu NFT holders and invited participants. During registration, your eligibility will be verified through either NFT ownership verification or invitation verification.

​If you own an eligible NFT, please complete one of the following: ・Connect the wallet that holds your eligible NFT. ・Enter the email address associated with the SyFu account that holds your eligible NFT in the "NFT Verification Email Address" field.

​If you received an individual invitation, please enter the email address that received the invitation in the "Invitation Verification" field.

​Please note: ・Family members and friends do not need to complete NFT ownership verification. ・Your registration cannot be approved if we are unable to verify either your NFT ownership or your invitation.

​👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bringing Family & Friends

​NFT holders are welcome to invite their family members and friends.

​・Up to 4 tickets may be reserved per NFT holder (including the holder's own ticket).
・Please register all accompanying family members and friends under the NFT holder's registration.
・Advance registration is required for all attendees.
・Family members and friends must enter the venue together with the primary registrant, who must present the ticket at check-in. (Tickets cannot be transferred or shared.)

​Note:
・Due to system limitations, you may be able to select more than four tickets during registration. However, only up to four tickets per NFT holder will be accepted.
・Applications exceeding this limit may be deemed invalid or require resubmission.

​🧒 Bringing Children

​・In accordance with the venue's policy, each participant aged 3 or older must register for their own ticket.
・Children aged 2 and under may attend free of charge. However, a seat, meal, and unlimited drinks will not be provided for them.
・Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, regardless of age.

​💎 Using SFP (SyFu Points)

​SyFu Points (SFP) can be exchanged for one admission ticket for the NFT holder.

​Exchange Rates
・BBQ Pass A: 1,750 SFP
・BBQ Pass B: 1,000 SFP

​Notes
・SFP can only be used for one ticket belonging to the NFT holder.
・SFP cannot be used for tickets for family members or friends.
・Advance application is required to use SFP.
・After your SFP application has been verified, the team will issue a coupon that can be used during registration.

​・Participation is subject to organizer approval.
・Submitting your registration does not guarantee participation. Your registration will be confirmed only after it has been reviewed and approved by the SyFu team.
・Due to venue capacity, if the total number of requested attendees, including family members and friends, exceeds 100, participants will be selected by lottery.
・In that case, only selected applicants will have their registrations approved.

​⚠️ Important Notes

​・Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
・Due to system limitations, payments made with JCB credit cards may be canceled. Please use a non-JCB credit card when registering.
・The event will be held rain or shine. However, if severe weather or strong winds make it unsafe to proceed, or if the venue decides to close, the event will be canceled. In such cases, we will notify participants via the email address registered with Luma and on Discord.
・Each participant aged 3 or older must register for their own ticket.
