Let Go: A Release Ritual
You’re carrying more than you need to. Let’s set it down.
So often we’re racing to the finish line that is the end of the year, a full on sprint to the holiday break. In the rush, we forget to reflect on what didn't go well, to acknowledge what we're still carrying that we'd rather put down.
In this 60-minute workshop, we'll practice the art of letting go. Not to forget or dismiss our past, but to release what's weighing you down so you can move forward lighter.
Together, we'll:
Be real about what's draining you, even if it's not the "right" answer
Understand why letting go matters for your creative energy
Practice a simple release ritual you can use again and again
Share stories about the things we carry and why they're so damn hard to put down
If you're ready to clear the slate for your next year's work, this is your invitation.
What to bring
✔ ️ Something from your work life you're ready to release. Could be a failed project, a draining relationship with a collaborator or a client, a limiting belief about yourself or your work. Anything that's siphoning energy you'd like to use differently.
✔️ A piece of paper & a pen. Digital won’t work for this one, we’re going real-life!
What you'll take away
A felt sense of what release actually feels like in your body
A simple ritual you can use whenever you need to let something go (fire optional for the big resets)
Permission to honor both what worked and what didn't
Space to start fresh without pretending the past didn't happen
